A skipped worker but he’s only got one unit in hand and not enough to do much with it. He could get 3 runes on the Ancient if he summons two heroes this turn. That would allow him to kill SQL and gain some levels, but not much else otherwise. I think this is risky at best.

Okay, I got to make another worker, which is good, and a max level Bigby, which is phenomenal. I think we’re in a good position to go from here, but we’re not out of the trenches yet, especially not with my very low hand size.
I realize I made a stupid mistake that I’m changing around for the sake of LEARNING. To be specific, I switched what Macciatus and the Spectral Aven attacked. The Aven originally attacked the Verdant Tree, but I have switched it to be Macciatus. Macciatus originally attacked Midori, but I have switched that to the Spectral Aven.

I wanted to worker the Newsman but I think keeping it to recover hand size is the right move. It sucks to not be able to make another mirror illusion though. That said, with Dreamscape in play next round, the stolen Huntress becomes a 5/5 so that’s pretty useful. I just have to hold on with my fingertips and keep slaughtering his units.

We have to keep him locked down to a single hero. Since that hero is Calamandra for now, I also need to foreclose on Stealth, which means I have to hire the Building Inspector. Overall, I’m mostly just making this extra annoying. He can get through this since he has the Huntress back.
