Clearing his board for Zane levels and Mad Man is totally fine, but then I have a decision. I can play Rambaster and break Tech I or get his Tech II down to a Scorch-able level OR I leave his buildings as is and play Brogre. The main downside of Rambaster is that he can copy it for haste but it’s only 1 HP off Zane or 3HP off a building, so not a big deal this turn, but it could come back to bite me later. I think on balance he probably needs Tech I to patrol well against me, so Iets break that and skip a worker, see what happens. A couple of lobbers in to help me keep the pressure on while I’m not guaranteed to hit Tech II.

Not drawing Sharks this turn is a pest, as is Censorship Council. I’d rather cast Scorch here than give him the chance to copy a Lobber when I don’t get a decent Tech break etc. I should be set up for Sharks as I think he has to spend all his gold to kill off Zane this next turn (Quince+midband+copy rambaster+other unit+MT then trade both MSR copies and Bigby). I’d prefer that than him advancing his Tech plan.

Welp that is some amount of lockdown of my board! Thankfully I can begin to break my way out now! No Free Speech next turn so I need to defend Jaina. Problem is he can sideline and then copy the Lobber to kill her. I’ve got no other line though so just got to hope he doesn’t see that play! If she was guaranteed to survive I would tech in 2x Burning Volley but given the risk let’s load up on hasty Tech II and hope we can get in a turn of burst before his inevitable Gryphon obliterates everything.
