Good value turn for me again, killing Porky but keeping my GPT is nice and killing Quince for free levels is just gravy. Still no Tech I from him so no need to spend the gold as yet. I wonder if its just bad draws leading to bad patrols for flangles this game. Will need to come back and have a look at what he could have done.

After revealing your hand, I have absolutely nothing to keep me alive and I think I’ve gotten much worse since we last played. I’m struggling to see how Blue could do anything effective against Red at all. On the other hand, I’m also a Blue player who finds winning against Purple impossible as well and that’s apparently heavily in Blue’s favor.

I think I’ve gotten much worse. I don’t even see how I could win against Red.
@flagrantangles I think that last game just went the worst possible way for you and perfectly for me. It was a wise move to concede there, I could already see it was over.
I think you’re still learning what to expect from this matchup, so don’t read too much into it yet. Green was a lot more forgiving opponent tempo wise and it takes time to adjust.
On a positive note, this line already seems much better for you! Red defense is kind of terrible.

That’s the most aggressive Blue opening and it absolutely stops me playing a hero right now. Basically going to be looking for the proper moment to get Zane involved. Sharks might be called for depending how next turn goes.
I think a lot of things are going to die this game so let’s get Bloodburn up as my source of targeting and bonus damage. Means I can only play Nautical Dog this turn but but that’s fine for now.
well, this game you kept forgetting about sparkshot and it rekd your defences. That said, i still have nightmares from a blue vs purple series we played where i didn’t win a single game and you destroyed my strategies every single time :')
