Purple is hard to deal with for sure, especially with Present being such a powerful Tech II that only needs 1-2 cards (and Geiger) make it work. The main thing Purple is really good at is tempo, as you’ve seen I can de-invest in a turn if you lack aggressive pieces and surge extremely hard when I get the right set up.

If it’s helpful I can highlight where I think you’ve done a good job countering my play. You prevented Battle Suits really well in at least one game, used Building Inspector to delay or disrupt me teching up several times and creatively used Dreamscape to neuter time rune shenanigans. These are all great moves.

On the down side I guess your patrolling sometimes is a little weak, particularly with where you place heroes. I’ve thought in a few games that I could only get to your backline because you were trying to keep your hero alive. I’ve also not really had to think about teching Origin Story, which probably tells me you’ve not been using Oni enough as a beat stick.

@flagrantangles I have somehow goofed my hand, as I have fargonaut in it and on my board. :sweat_smile: Since you just lawful searched it you can even confirm my mistake!
