Question: Can I Injunction Tech II when you donāt have a Tech II building? Under the āDo as much as you canā idea, it seems like I should be able to, but Iām not sure. Regardless, Iām pretty cooked but I might have an outside line if I can.

Wow I didnāt expected that !
Injunction uses the tech level and controller of the chosen tech building to pick which units to disable. So if someone has no Tech II building, you wonāt be able to disable their Tech II units with Injunction.
