You’re right! I paid the gold but didn’t put anything in the worker pile one turn. I need to be more careful. If you want, I can make up for it by playing two workers last turn (I’ll take a card that was in my hand last turn and add it.) If you think that’s too disruptive, i can just take the one gold that’s been floating around and try to overcome the mistake.

Ok, I think it’s actually just one worker play I’m missing, and so last turn is the only one where I should have had an extra gold. So I’ve added one gold and one worker. Still not building the tech building; I was saving up gold for this turn.

He can’t leave play unless he dies from combat damage, right ?
Did I miss something ? Trash is a way of “leaving play” right ? I’ve 2 gold too.

Or do the Quince’s midbands rule overrides ?

this move imo has no meaning. after JD all his troops but glaxx are ded, but u have the real one. u could have glaxx kill real glaxx and then bigby killing the tree saving so much gold!

I think that the strategy was to prevent me from drawing from technician, but I agree with you : so many gold was spent for a poor effect and allowing me to mirror another Glaxx will be very hard for him !
I don’t have Eyes of the Chancellor or Lawful Search in hand this turn, I don’t know if he has an awesome combo in hand this time !

The active players chooses the order of resolving when simultaneous effect, right ?
So I think that Reteller comes back in hand but not Tiger (unless @mdn1111 would want so).
