so no free speech this turn as I don’t think i could defend well without the hound and I want to do the imp thing; that’s alright though a they will be forced to spend money on Vir for lack of anything else to spend it on and hopefully I can tiny basilisk-> mirror copy to kill a hero

I’m 60% sure they won’t have a tech 2 as they would have had to tech it turn 3 and I’m not sure they would have in this game (multiplied by draw chance, i’m comfortable) so I feel no need to tech up (plus I won’t be drawing any anyway

This is a tense one! Void Star ain’t exactly weak, but it seems liable to be sacced again :frowning:

Note that I discovered I forgot to put my nullcraft in the discard pile a few turns ago, so I may have accidentally gained a cycle. Hopefully not a big enough difference to invalidate the match, but I wanted to be transparent. I’ve put it in my discard this turn, alongside the murdered plasmodium.

Sac the weak is a real hassle for this strategy, but I think I’m still winning if they draw it again, so long as both my heroes stay alive.

Nah no more STW, bad for the press and Quince cares about his reputation. Time to fight back properly with some big fake units!

And i dont mind, too much… annoying that it happens on the game where Im trying to control your hand size but oh well it’s still a fun game so far and I hadnt notice before you said so it’s all good :+1:
I’ve already said I want to game to go on so don’t feel pressured to do this but to avoid “gaining a cycle”, and if you’ve reshuffled since the NC didnt go in your discard, wouldn’t it be better to shuffle it into your deck?

I didn’t! Shoot, what if it would have been an ebbflow?! I’m gonna roll back the spreadsheet and do a draw 1 just to see; otherwise I’ll leave turn as is and draw an extra card from the discard-draw step.
