Thoughts
Temporal Distortion and Forgotten Fighter would both have been great Scribe draws. Unfortunately I drew the Tinkerer. So I cannot steal Gold from him with a Tax Collector and cannot kill River. A really bad draw this time
another big surprise! I was totally expecting to be confronted by two big scary Argos, instead it feels like my plan can only be prevented by me drawing badly

Thoughts
The plan was to bring Tax Collector via Temporal Distortion in case he saves money. Now there is money, but I cannot play it. He really prefers killing the Scribe to building Tech II. This tournament is getting frustrating. If I go to tech II, there is probably a Virtuoso rush incoming, if I don´t, he probably builds tech II and I waste time.
Obviously that extra gold would be awesome for me as well, but I wouldn’t terribly mind if we continue with a technician draw of yours instead of that extra gold of mine.
I play as fast as I do because I’m following my own strategy without adopting to what you’re doing so far. And yes, I most definitely still would have killed max

Of course I didn’t draw the Guardian. The chances were slim: 4/5. Would have been nice: Play Guardian and go to Tech III. In turn three a 2/3 chance and a fail, now a 4/5 chance and a fail. And of course it was my own stupid mistake. To put Max on the scavenger instead of the technician spot started all the trouble. Otherwise I would have drawn the extra card and everything would have been in line. This is no fun. Post draw: And now I draw BOTH Lawbringer Gryphons.
