Everyone picks a single character at the beginning of the tournament then only plays that character.
6 rounds of Swiss, then top 8 double elim.
Medium timer and best of 5.
Signups end June 30, and tournament officially starts July 1.

If I’m not wrong, the original name of this tournament was Solo Showdown.

If it’s 6 rounds of swiss and then a top 8, I would suggest making the top 8 single elim. Sorry - I didn’t read the rules as closely as a I should have.
