no, dothram ability is during the upkeep of the player that controls him. so i get one turn with him out front. if you had more attack during my next upkeep, then he would jump to you

we can just assume you win if it’s the other way around.

Well I suspect it’s another T-Rex that was teched, but I spose I have to respect Dinosize as well… so I think Newsman will stay out front of Oni jic, we’ll break the tech 3, grab a couple boot camps to burn away the patrol, and just try to end it straight face next turn!
