Thoughts
First time using this codex, and I’m already having to remind myself that I’m not playing mono-red. Thankfully, Rook is a much better Hero in this position than Drakk or Jaina would have been. As far as I can tell he can’t kill Rook this turn, so we’ll see what horrors await next turn.
The one thing I forgot was to state Jandra’s stats. I will (hopefully) remember to do that from now on.

Gunpoint Taxman has been added for defense and anti-air, and Bird’s Nest for free damage that’s hard to prevent (and potentially growth runes on MoLaC).
What do I want it to look like by the end of this? I only have 3 more turns of hiring workers and teching cards if I don’t have to skip a worker, so I’ll be adding 6 cards and removing 3. Of these, I least need Careless Musketeer, Bloodrage Ogre and Scorch by the end. RIght now I’m leaning toward Growth Tech II because he doesn’t have upgrade removal, so I’ll want to have Might of Leaf and Claw and Surprise Attack. I’ll probably also want Entangling Vines to remove key threats and Blooming Ancient to take advantage of having several ways to get tokens (Birds, Sharks, Wisp and Elemental). If the game lasts long enough, I could Tech Lab into Pirate Gunships, or just grab Giant Panda and either Ardra’s Boulder or Calypso Vystari as surprisingly good MoLaC beneficiaries.
So, unless my plans change, my final deck looks something like:

Decided to tech Ancient now to get benefits out of it ASAP and so that Surprise Attack is more likely to come on the same turn as or later than MoLaC. Right now he’s patrolling well enough that I don’t feel like I’d be getting good value if I attacked him, so I’ll just keep defending for now. Whoops, just realized both of us have been forgetting to include Tech I.
I should be able to post my turn soon, but I hadn’t considered Mythmaking at all… Now I know why @ARMed_PIrate kept teching it during our games.

Wow, that was an unexpected jump in power… I wonder if he’s even going to bother with Tech II. I feel like he’s probably already won this purely because I didn’t kill Jandra last turn. If I’m able to kill her next turn, then things will get a lot easier (since all his units will disappear with her). Also if I’m able to activate MoLaC next turn it might be OK anyway…
I decided to change from Entangling Vines to another Surprise Attack to ensure I can get MoLaC active ASAP. It’s the only way I can win if my Birds don’t survive, so anything else is secondary.[/spoiler][/details]

This is interesting. I can’t tell if I’m winning. My board state is strong(-ish), but your economy is better and you’ve got 2 flyers.
To anyone watching: Apparently there’s a limit for how many replies a new user can post on their first day, and @payprplayn has hit it. Should we just wait until that wears off tomorrow? Or is there a way around it? I’m reluctant to try his suggestion of having him PM his turns to me, simply because it would be hard to avoid seeing things I shouldn’t.
