Okay, I have to choose between building a replacement Sanatorium or teching up. In either case, I probably donāt have a lot of time left before his Tech III goes up. The Sanatorium is tempting because it wonāt be available after this turn, but the Tech III is more likely to be effective at damaging his buildings, especially with the Aven out of the way. A tough call when my deck is thick enough that I donāt have a good idea which cards will be available next turn. Hmmā¦ supposing I do go with the Sanatorium and get a Disciple draw, how useful would that beā¦? Pretty useful, I suppose, but at this late stage of the game, probably not useful enough unless I also got a Jurisdiction to enable a Distortion. So, I guess Iāll just gamble on the Gunship.

My gamble didnāt pay off, but as long as I can keep my Tech III intact, I have a decent chance for next turn. Iām short on gold, though, and those Mirror Illusions are a big problem now. I probably need Judgment Day to reset the boardā¦ which means keeping Bigby in reserve. And of course, Zane draws one of my Gunships, making it much less likely to get one when I need it. Well, it probably doesnāt matter anyway, as I donāt expect my base to survive much longer.
