Okayā€¦ Iā€™ve got a Taxman now, but keeping it alive long enough to fight the Aven is going to be a challengeā€¦ Onimaru can midband and kill it, even in SQLā€¦ in which case maximizing retaliatory damage is probably the way to go, and Iā€™ll need to block Elite Training and Arrestā€¦ hopefully, he wonā€™t use Boot Camp. But, to patrol as SQL or Elite? Can he afford to maxband Oni next turn? Yes, in which case I should be prepared to deal 5 total damage in response. As for tech choicesā€¦ Iā€™m not likely to draw both teched cards next turn, and thereā€™s a fair chance I wonā€™t draw either, so Iā€™ll be optimistic and assume Iā€™ll have a chance to build my Tech II next turn.

This is getting diceyā€¦ Iā€™m not sure I have enough leeway to aim for Sanatorium now, but I feel like stalling tech progress to shore up my defense is going to be a losing proposition, so Iā€™ll just have to try to create some leeway laterā€¦ and to do that, I should probably need something with more aggressive potential than a buildingā€¦ Chameleons seem like a good option, considering they can bounce back to hand between the reshuffle/draw and ephemeralā€™s trigger. Iā€™ll also likely need the Newsman to protect me from Art of War, in which case I need it to be killed and replayed.

Guess I should take this opportunity to lock down his Tech II, both to prevent a replay of the bounced units and to prevent his Tech III from going up next turn. So long as he doesnā€™t build a Tower (and so long as I donā€™t get hit by Injunction myself), the Lizzo Iā€™m stashing should allow me to break his Tech II next turn. Now, the question is, do I drop the Taxman, or do I drop the Newsman (and if so, with what value)? Hmmā€¦ I think being able to punch through his patrol in case a Tower catches the Lizzo is more important right now, as spells are sometimes not in hand, but the Tower is always an option.

By ā€œT8ā€ I meant ā€œP1T8ā€, that is to say, my most recently posted turn. Itā€™s the second line from the bottom in the list of turn events: ā€œBigby damages Tech Iā€.

so bigby and lizzo double teamed to kill t2 and t1 is disabled but intact, correct?

No, Bigby never hit the Tech II. It was the Traffic Director and the Chameleon Lizzo that broke the Tech II.
