Actually, the Jail is a stand-alone building. Unlike Add-ons and Tech buildings, card buildings donā€™t deal damage to base when destroyed. (:

question: Bigby 's armor from Elite Training absorbed one damage on my turn, when I attacked Graveā€¦ do I have the 1 armor again on your turn?

So, I believe the armor only exists once, when you cast the spell. When itā€™s broken it doesnā€™t get refreshed.

The bigger problem is that without a heroā€™s hall or tech II building, you canā€™t summon a second hero!
