Is this the worst opening split White can have? No 1-drop in the first hand, no combat spell in the second… but, Mordred doesn’t know I don’t have Grappling Hook. So let’s play Primus and threaten that. Probably follow up with Grave/Orpal and Sensei/Safe Attacking.
Long term, I’m thinking either Injunctions to stall into a Disease plan, or try to set off multiple TPoS’s with all the awesome 3-cost cards I have and Bigby’s hand manipulation.

Mordred is leaning heavily into skeletons, and I’m half-expecting a Lich’s Bargain next. That makes me think Abominations may be in order, but I’ll wait another turn before teching one in, in case Mordred pivots to a Future plan or something. For now I’ll stick to things that would be nice to have anyway.
Next turn I may just midband Grave and tech up, though Safe Attacking/Sensei’s Advice are also on the table.

Sucks to lose Plague Lord on the discard…I might have needed to JD anyway, but I could’ve stashed him. I guess I’ll have to make do with the Lab, ideally combo’d with Orpal’s maxband.
I considered playing Injunction and stalling to JD next turn, but the Mirror is a problem - it can copy Catapult to re-break my tech 2, or copy a BC to kill any hero I put on patrol.
I’ll tech only the other Plague Lord for now, but I might want to throw in Spreading Plague or even Jurisdiction later on.
