Question: Can I Injunction Tech II when you don’t have a Tech II building? Under the “Do as much as you can” idea, it seems like I should be able to, but I’m not sure. Regardless, I’m pretty cooked but I might have an outside line if I can.

Wow I didn’t expected that !
Injunction uses the tech level and controller of the chosen tech building to pick which units to disable. So if someone has no Tech II building, you won’t be able to disable their Tech II units with Injunction.

You’re right! I paid the gold but didn’t put anything in the worker pile one turn. I need to be more careful. If you want, I can make up for it by playing two workers last turn (I’ll take a card that was in my hand last turn and add it.) If you think that’s too disruptive, i can just take the one gold that’s been floating around and try to overcome the mistake.

I propose you get back all the gold you would have had from those turns, and if you want we can say you built a Tech II for 4 last turn if you’d have done so
