Oh man, I was so close to killing Midori with Tricycloid last turn! But then I saw that if it fired on your base, a boosted Void Star could win the game on my next turn, I did that instead. Kinda delighted that you took it down, lol! GAME ON! 
I may be missing something, but I think your base is on 9 hp. In my turn 7, your tech III was broken, but in your turn 8, I don’t think the base’s hitpoints were updated.

Thing is, I only drew Now! after playing and attacking with Hyperion. And I needed to deal with the MP patroller before attacking with Hyperion so that she/he/it could break a tech building. When I drew it I did think about maybe not hiring a worker and instead casting it on the Tricycloid, but as I was already ret-conning my turn I thought it best to stick to my original intent where possible. It certainly did pain me to discard Now! though!

I don’t think I have lethal this turn!
- I can just afford to summon Prynn, maxband and cast Rewind, but I don’t have anything left to attack with after that.
- Can’t summon Max to play Temporal Distortion because he died on my last turn and is still on cooldown.
- If I could manage to draw Void Star I can’t play it because I don’t have the correct Tech II building.
- And even if I build a Tech Lab to hope to play Void Star next turn, I don’t think I can prevent stealthed Cal from breaking it.
So instead of winning right now, I have to think about not losing right now.
- Gotta stop the T-Rex coming out, so destroying Verdant Tree is a priority.
- Don’t think there’s a good way for me to play Void Star from my hand next turn, so I’ll keep the Tower for now.

Ah! Sorry about that. I must admit, I didn’t look too closely at the mimic.
I think I can still do it this turn… basically using Prynn’s time runes to get the card draws I need from Temporal Research, which means Vir can attack AND counting on Void Star being able to overpower the Wandering Mimc, and hit base with leftover damage.
