I live?? :
Tech 2 lives? I can build tech 3?
… A frown as I look at my hand …
EDIT: Ugh. Even if I survive this turn, and hold you off, what does my tier 3 do? Clears your board, gets more powerful … and has to wait as you play a card that does one damage and finishes me. Even with haste I can’t do 20 before you do 1.
Oh bleep. I just realized that Ebbflow Archon targets, and cannot touch that mech token. UGH.

Well, for tactical and strategical details there are better players here who can answer you. I think turn 3 was really hurting you a lot. And then there were some insecurities concerning the rules (e.g. Remember not working if opponent removes his last Time rune).
You knew that I also was working with Seer(s) and probably Time Spiral. So it is a dangerous game to play units with Time Runes against another purple player. I think it is safer to play with units that are more difficult to toy around with. That´s why I chose Present as my Spec.
Alright, how would you have played it?
EDIT: … Yea, purple vs purple, you can play cards to bother me. Still, in some sense: if you are bothering me, then you are not making progress on your setup. Right? Isn’t delaying you good enough?
I think you had better options at turn 2, when you played Hardened Mox. He didn´t really give you that much defence. I think you should have played Fading Argonaut instead. Maybe just him or in combination with Forgotten Fighter or Battle Suits? 3HP at this phase of the game is massive and he also has 2 ATK.
Also he is cheaper and not automatically lost when you play a Tech II unit. Mox can be great but I think in your case he was not the best choice.
The beauty and difficulty about Codex is that you bring attacking and defending/delaying in the right balance. There are some real masters for this on this forum though
