ahh, now i remember…miracle grow struggles against LB, and frozenstorm thinks skeletons are the way to go against MG.

double entagling vines is looking great right now, but hindsight is always 2020.

so, keeping rook backline really forces them to trade everything. they can reload with LB, but at least birds will assist in threatening garth

i THINK tower gives me enough token coverage in case they go for LB. let’s tech in SOTP and BA to be well rounded.

i cant stop tech 2, nor break the graveyard.

with the tech draw, it’s actually likely that i see a gg 8, crashbarrow 5, CB->GPT and tech one, tap GY, CB 2, CB->tech 2, Drak 0, sk’s break tech 2.

what about dropping mad man AND nautical dog instead of GPT? no, doesnt work, tower still would force a CB to trade.


i think it’s best to tech in double surprise attack. arg won’t last more than one turn. basically, im looking at losing some combination of tech’s and rook. i can counter-swing with arg/sotp, break graveyard. i then lose arg and wisp to a second crashbarrow along with drak or jaina spells. at that point i swing again with zane and surprise attack - hopefully breaking the tech 2.

of course, im probably overthinking this…
