The mirror breaks a lot of the normal rules for purple. Battlesuits can be assimilated, mox get bounced by stewardess etc. Would love to get a plasmo on the field t1, but no such luck. Im going first, which means second to tech 2 which isnt great. Geiger only having one life is also pretty bad, can’t commit as heavily to their spells, or have to play super carefully with them (only play yhem when I can break tech 2…)

now i would go tinkerer and hero, with an aim to making him have to try to keep fargo around, butttt, getting a hero out early is scary; my current thought is to aim for past, so counter the Present i feel coming from them, but idk. future is safer in the face of rune medling, present is good as player two if you manage ur deck carefully

this is actually the first time ive ever tapped a tinkerer, and i think it’s the best use I’m gonna get for a while. gonna float the gold so i can (hopefully) argonaut and tech 2 next turn. with three units out the chances arent so bad on the draw

gotta protect against tricycloid and hype, barring him have two hypes in hand i think i can trade favourably next turn; shimmer ray cos flying 3/4 for 1g :0 and vortoss emblem because whilst prynn is here i might as well try and mess with max’s spells and tricyloid’s shots
Not sure how good present is with only one geiger life. but thought Future was too slow as player 1 (made worse by 1 geiger life), and past would lose the tech 3 race.

Hope to keep them down until I can get a break on that tech 2. Got to watch for remembers/Tech 3.
if I’d drawn just one nice tech 2 this would be an easy decision to build tech 3 and defend as much as i can… as it is im forced to decide between temporal research to get my tech 2s or tech up and build a weedy defence (never a good idea to rely on week defence against present thoughts behind this defence: unless he teched and drew his second hyperion (meaning he could never distortion it out), there is no way he can get a tricycloid to shoot without wasting either a distortion on SotU or wasting two shots to kill it; if they did draw a hyperion, still can’t reach my tech buildings so that’s fine
That’s why i teched it! I think it’s a slightly underused card tbh, im waiting for the day that i get to put it on one of my units against a drill sargeant

man… can’t even try Vir’s peek because it would cost too much; poor deck management has lost this for me I think; for defending: wall up obviously, I think killing glaxx may be worth it as otherwise it could take out a golgurt; defending with heroes is annoying as it it allows him to double-5-cost and maxband Max, a noticeable difference from having to pick maxband max or another 5-cost…; yeah this is guaranteed im losing a tech building… literally adding a hero just allows him to hit it with something, maxband max and use that tricycloid/hyperion again. and i’m not getting out 2 heros id rather lose a tech building i think
@Shadow_Night_Black geiger would have died to seer because 2atk + elite+ tower = 4 hp
