Looks like Gloriak is setting up for the Sun and Moon, BUT WHAT’S THIS?! GLORIAF PULLS OUT HER OWN SUN AND MOON AND BOTH LADIES ARE DOWN!
Gloriak looks to be mixing it up, peppering Gloriaf with a storm of drug-filled syringes! Gloriaf is happily sleeping on the floor.
Gloriaf stands back up and immediately starts off with an early Sun and Moon! Gloriak is looking beat up, and OH! She just couldn’t recover fast enough. Another round goes to Gloriaf!
Gloriak is backed up against the wall now. The pressure is building up but Gloriak keeps her cool, making calm and precise strikes. IT IS NOW ALL TIED UP!

I was grinning almost the entire set from how silly this mirror is, and I’m just happy I won even one game! This re-confirmed what I remembered learning from Lum’s Lucky Lottery, which is that Gloria is hard to play well but super satisfying to win with. Maybe I ought to add her to the characters I’d like to practice in the Mentournament…?

GGS Southpaw! i got luck and drew very well and got my 10s up early on a few of the games. Southpaw was a true gentlemen and gave me advice on how to play Gloria mid-game when he didn’t have too.

I thought I started with a decent hand, but apparently Sharpo’s was better. Almost equalise but then Sun and Moon. No 10s drawn.
Still no 10s. Hardly any hearts either. Pain.
Uhoh, this isn’t looking good. Assumed he had a checkmate and kind of gave up at 1hp, but I actually could have tried to power up for Sun and Moon/Throw-AA mixup to contest.
