Thoughts
This is my 2nd time defending against Truth on this map. The first attempt seemed impossible, but maybe with these specs I can manage a win? I know I can’t win with a direct tech race, so I’ll force resources to be diverted to defense by threatening to break tech buildings. I also know that Free Speech can shut down the Moment’s Peace lockdown this build was designed around, so I need to be more aggressive.

He might have gone for art of war, but its definitely one of the oni spells. Nothing I can do about art of war, except that he might have trouble deciding what to attack. If he goes for quince, I get out an immortal or something, If he goes for tech 2 again, I get free speech.

Thoughts
I’m probably going to get locked down with Free Speech starting next turn, and then I probably won’t be able to keep destroying his Tech II, but I don’t see any way around it. We’ll see how things go. I’m building the Heroes Hall because I need as much board presence as I can get ASAP, and I’m low on cards.
Damn, blew his whole hand, interesting. That said, I have a perfectly safe Tech 2 next turn, and I can maxband Garth, and no fear of art of war. So, one or 2 mirrors blocking? 1 mirror, he could kill rogue with oni, then mirror, than soldier hits backline. Or two soldiers die to rogue, then oni kills a mirror. None of those are particularly threatening. He can’t cast spells, so I can’t think of any other genuine threats at the moment.
