If this were a tournament, the missing Manufactured Truth would be tricky to adjudicate if it went unnoticed this long. The judge(s) would most likely look through your draws for each turn from that point on and try to assess how relevant the error was to the flow of the game, and then either prescribe some impromptu correction (possibly giving the opponent a choice regarding the details), or just declare the opponent the winner if a reasonable correction seems impractical. Sorry I don’t have a more concrete answer about that.
The missing teched cards, if caught before your next turn, would be much easier to correct. You didn’t draw any cards during your turn, so you wouldn’t have gained any information during the course of your turn that could have influenced your tech choices, so you’d most likely be told to tech the cards, then redraw your hand. You would have the advantage of seeing my next turn before choosing your tech cards, but that would be partly my fault for not catching the error before posting my turn.
I see, thank you for your thorough response. I agree that the decision would be tricky if the missing card was unnoticed for a number of turns. Interesting that judges can make the call. I think that is fair. It would be very important to check the opponents turn for errors not just mine if this was a tournament.
