He really discards 2 cards to get rid of the Tinkerer? Wow, I didn´t expect that. He doesn´t build a Tech I (but he has his Verdant Tree): Do I have to look out for nasty spells (Ferocity? Behind the Ferns)? Do I have to tech an Argonaut instead of another Brave Knight to counter Ironbark Treant with Swift Strike? Play Battle Suits or keep money and hand size? Build a Tower against his Stealth abilities and tech Assimilate to counter his Verdant Tree and Behind the Ferns? Tricky. For what I intend to do I need some defense - or take advantage of being Player 1 and try to speed things up…Ah, well: I´ll go for it. Play Temporal Research: have a chance of 2/3 to get Unphase and kill Calamandra. I choose Ready or Not instead of Assimilate. But it seems kinda risky.

I was hoping that he doesn´t have Forest’s Favor in his hand. At least it costed him dearly. But still I have a problem now: If I want to build a Tech II I cannot play a unit: Not good. And it would be really nice to have Nullcraft to finish off his Ironbark Treant - but I don´t have it. The next hand is also problematic: just the Tinkerer and Nullcraft…
