I don’t think Orpal and Vandy have +1/1 runes on them? I didn’t think that’s how Meta works, I thought it granted + stats like Spirit of the Panda or Two-Step does it, not with runes but as a card effect of sorts.
It’s a bit of a gray area to me, worth asking in the rules thread for sure

Actually they do…
“Sacrifice all units you control.
Your non-Demon heroes level to max and become Demons. Put two +1/+1 runes on each, they get readiness, and are invisible until they leave play.”
Pretty cut and dry
Those other spells stay in play and the stats vanish if the spell leaves.

Only 1 would take damage regardless of which one broke the tower. Only 1 gets detected.
Free speech worked well there… makes me wish I had gone with my first instinct and broken tech 1 instead of tower.

Eyes of the Chancellor is the sole upgrade in the game with haste, and flagbearer health won’t matter as Orpal maxband will almost certainly have to pop it.
