No Tech I - I guess multicolour is too expensive.
Bird’s Nest and… charge? Thunderclap then Charge with say Bombaster? Dunno, it’s playng out a lot of cards. Maxband Rook? Maybe just an expensive Scorch and a midband Rook to get a tech break / hero kill?
I’ll play out one extra patroller to defend against Rook’s midband. Seems a likely usage of extra funds. Not too sure about what to do with my extra $2. I’ll midband River and hope she survives behind a chump Merfolk.

Rook on a silver platter? Okaaay. It’s gotta be Dinosize right? Dinosize on the birds, or on hasty red units… that’s a great combo. Floating three gold too… maybe double Dinosize? Also in a position to go for Tech II next turn. I guess no Heroe’s Hall because it can’t be defended? All very strange. Crash Bomber is a likely tech choice so maybe a tech break isn’t a bad idea.
Young Treant makes a great blocker that Rook can’t suicide into, and one in five to fish out Discord again. And look at that, out it comes.
So now I can clear the board and get a tech break… I’d have to go down to 3 cards, and EricF will be able to swing back hard, but I think it’s still the best play.

Well I was expecting lots of hasty, frenzied red things. EricF’s recovered handsize, whilst mine continues to diminish.
It’s somewhat expensive, but I think the chance to knock over Arg here will prevent any nasty Growth buffs landing next turn, so I’ll go for it.

That’s a well executed swing from EricF. I can’t get to Rook without prohibitively expensive losses, so I’ll wall up a bit. I can’t really stop the Blooming Ancient… and I don’t think my deck is built too well to cope.
