I think somewhere in your repeated turn last turn your discard/draw cycle has been messed up, u were meant to have one card left in your deck and draw that, then u would reshuffle at the end of the turn u just did, when you redid your turn last turn did u press undo on the spreadsheet maybe to redo turn because it doesnt work very well?

The problem was that when I edited I didnā€™t change the card count in my deck. I realize thatā€™s a serious error, and will forfeit if you wish because I donā€™t think Iā€™m winning it anyway

Ah no i understand now! So u reshuffled when i made u tech draw and thats how u got discord, fair enough, thing is its difficult to tell whether i wouldve targeted river or not as ofc now im biased, imma say i still wouldve hit vandy because i knew for sure u had soul stone whereas its a small chance for discord so im good to play on!

  1. when i killed his imp turn 8, this all happened at once and im curious about propre order: imp dies, graveyard is full and it and its contents are emptied into discard, he draws due to technician (requiring a reshuffle)
  2. Also, if above point does not change what he drew, then when i spied on him with flagstone spy would I not have seen discord too? (and definitely targeted river with drill sargeant)

Well, @UrbanVelvet, idk what u wanna do now, id propose we go back to that tech draw half way through my turn, and either u can redraw it or not idm and then tell me what card u r drawing?

I would rather just call gg and declare you the winner. Discord was literally the only thing I think was helping me there and I got it, but clearly the likelihood is even less if I play it right.

btw for the future if you are using google spreadsheet you might be able to use the ā€˜restore previous versionā€™ thing built in to go back a turn, it works a lot better than ctrl z

I got some pretty unlucky shuffles that game for what I wanted to do. Put me a turn behind right off and once you broke the graveyard it was gg unless terras could buy me lots of time.

This is all correct afaik. GG to both, never be afraid to pause for your opponent to tell technician draws on hand peeks like Lawful Search or Flagstone Spy!

About the only thing (and only for forum games really) but yea. Youā€™ll notice EricF pre-load the technician draw into spoilers on his turn sometimes, for exactly that reason

Hmm, seems sensible, only really necessary when playing against certain specs anyway; i guess uā€™d redraw(or re-select) if technician was not killed so you donā€™t know top of deck

with deterioate or discord sensei does infuriatingly little in defence, went for the tower over him as it means he canā€™t attack grave with river without river dying; tough draw as i couldnt defend much, if heā€™s gone the nimble fencer route again thats bad, but since this is casual match and he went nimble fencerā€™s last game pretty sure he wont again,
