Missing Order

  • I ordered several table top games in the Black Friday sale on November 27th
  • I received an order confirmation email which had all the correct information
  • After receiving no further communications I emailed help@funagainlogistics.com on December 6th (as prescribed in the order confirmation email)
  • I got back an automated response saying: “We are experiencing a higher than normal volume of requests. Please allow about one week for response. Your patience is appreciated.”

I still haven’t received any other communication about my order, it has now been 15 days since my order and I’ve only received automated emails. What can I do to figure out the status of my order?
