When buying yomi decks, how does one tell round 1 from round 2? Thank you in advance

Round 1 just refers to the pack of Grave, Jaina, Midori, and Setsuki.
Round 2 is Quince, Onimaru, Troq, and Bal-Bas-Beta.

Both are 2nd edition. Round One has characters from the base game (the characters mentioned above) and Round Two has expansion characters (as mentioned above).

The only first edition decks (which are seldom actually for sale anywhere) are exclusively bundled in pairs (or else in the “Yomi complete first edition” set I’m seeing at some places). Second edition decks are either sold in the Round 1/2 box or individually.
