My shipping tracking hasn’t updated in five days 
Nor mine! I’m hoping that just means that international orders get Stealth Shipping, and will just suddenly show up one day next week (I can hope!) more or less completely unannounced

No news from the UK…got an email last Thursday in stilted english that they (the euro distributer) would be sending it and would also send another email once it had been processed. I am assuming that one would have tracking details on it.
To say I’m eagerly awaiting my Deluxe set is an understatement.
EDITED - Rechecked the email and it stated there WILL be a tracking number on the next email. However, that was 11 days ago…

I’m NYC and am still waiting for a shipping email, if it helps anyone. I also pledged during the last couple days in the campaign, so I’m likely far down in the line.
Based on everything said in this thread, it seems they did 3 waves, one per week. First it was Core/Starter, then it was Deluxe as-is, with two per box and a new shipping label, and that means maybe this week will be re-packaged one Deluxe per shipment.
Considering how many of them they probably have to repackage, I wouldn’t be surprised if they took a day or two to just set up a bunch of boxes for labeling. It was the most backed option by FAR.
Not exactly. I got the notification for my single deluxe box a week ago, the tracking thing said it had started moving, and then hasn’t updated since.
Oh, dang.

Also in NY, and I was backer 1,345 out of 1,646 so I might also be near the end, if it’s going in backer order.
My backer # is in the 400’s, and I’ve heard nothing so far. I ordered 1 deluxe w/ sleeves and extra playmats, so I guess I fall into the “needs repacking” category.
I’m really excited about the game arriving. We’ve only played the starter set print and play, but love it, and my girlfriend keeps asking if Codex has arrived yet, and I’m like “no, not yet” and she’s like “damn, I wanted to play”. So yeah, it can’t get here fast enough.

An history of disappointmen: My door rings, is a courier that holds a box for me.
I go 7th heaven thinking "OMG OMG CODEX! OMMMGGGGG!!!"
Then i recognize the logo of well know but absolutely uninteresting shop.

I made the full print and play and have been playing with friends, but we’re really excited for the playmats and nicer materials. Plus it’ll be great to have a box that stores everything instead of an ugly Amazon box

I noticed a lot of you are patiently waiting for your Deluxe Set so I decided to ask the supplier when mine would arrive so I could get a timeline for you guys.
She checked specifically for my name and said my order is in the next batch to be processed and shipped. There are thousands of packages to deal with so no timeline just yet; but know that there’s been no mistakes, your orders aren’t lost etc etc.

Thousands of packages? There were roughly 1,600 backers, and 100 or so of those pledged a dollar, and thus don’t get anything. I’m OK with being patient, but it seems like they’re taking their time…
If you consider that the manufacturers of the various components did not necessarily all put them together immediately, or that at the very least, different options/add-ons arrived separately (jasonwocky noted that his sleeves arrived in a separate box) it’s not that much of a stretch to get from ≈1500 packages to “thousands.”

And then there were the backerkit add-ons plus the post-KS online preorders all yet to be shipped. Relax and be amazed that it’s a boardgame Kickstarter which is shipping on time early. The only mistake is that someone overpromised about just how early .
