I managed to draw every card except the one that would let me pop the Mirror. Well, I could pop it with the Insurance Agent, I suppose, if I’m happy to pass on getting insurance.

I’d need 9 gold to worker and play all the cards in hand I want to play, 12 gold if I’d like to also bring out Orpal to Deteriorate a Knight. I don’t think the latter is possible, since the only Insurance target that would allow that is the Brave Knight, and to reach that I’d have to pop the Mirror, which leaves me no options for killing the Knight, instead of sending it to hand. Unless I midband Orpal, but that costs 3 gold by itself.

  • Insure Brave Knight (13), old Agent and Partner trade with the Mirror, Haunt hits the real Knight, Orpal (8) sacrifices a raised Javelineer (7), and Deteriorates (6) for the kill (9). I lose 1g3c, net after insurance, and kill 5g1c. I have only Orpal and an Agent on board, with gold to worker and play both buildings too.
  • Orpal (12) Deteriorates Mirror (11), insure Brave Knight (7), old Agent damages Brave Knight, midband Orpal (7) sacrifices raised Javelineer (6) to kill (9). I lose 0g2c and kill 5g1c. Much better: Partner and Haunt can kill Quince afterwards, and I can still worker and play both buildings.

Now I know I can afford everything, I can also bring out the Plague Lab first to make it easier.

Going for Plague Lords. Lawbringer Gryphon would be fun, but with Censorship Council up the obliterate isn’t so useful.
