Thoughts

The good news is, even 2XGryphons + Macciatus don’t instantly kill me. I think I just dump my hand and replenish it with MM, and hope I don’t draw Hyperion or TD early. Then I’ll decide what to kill.

Yikes! Not instant death, but I can easily lose any 3 of my things, then definitely die next turn. Best I can do is put Frozen’s base in killing range, and hope to draw a clutch spell.

My Thoughts

Well, I’m dangerously close to dying and only really have Midori, Quince, and Illusions to block.

We need to understand what the threats are:

#1 Tricycloid. TD, Tri in hand or Garth fetch means he can gun down patrol and break face almost no matter what I think. Can’t let that happen. Breaking tech2 helps us on that, killing Tri on the board would help also.
#2 Haste. Hyperion or Now!
#3 Deteriorate.
#4 Reversal.

Basically, there’s a lot of things that could derail us. I’m likely to get killed. I think killing Tri and Tech2 make the most sense though, as those two things pose certain threat (nothing stops Garth from fetching a Tri or Hyperion w/o breaking T2, Tri can double up patrollers). Let’s hope for no patrol removal in that hand, if I can manage to keep Gryphons alive I can finish the game!
