Well, I take the kill and wall for now. Choosing turtle over brother because maybe I get healing value, but if I don’t, no big loss. Of course teching birds and fencer for strong aggression here.
I’m not certain what my midgame plan is. It depends on what happens turn 3. With no birds, it’s probably not earthquake. Perhaps I should’ve double teched. No matter.

Very unfortunate I didn’t have my gunship and that he had such a big board come out. Lots of different lines I could’ve taken, but I think it was very important to eliminate the big threats. Hopefully my tech 3 stays alive and I can slam gunships, but if not, I’ll get to lay down birds to start ruining his backline stuff.
