Thoughts

Lots of gold floating around here, I’ll probably build T3 next turn if I can. Dislike setting a ninja down to 1 with nullcraft around but I want to keep the unit count down while I can. Playing Grave over Garus since the 4th HP doesn’t seem to matter and the max band could be okay to snipe something past Immortals.

I stopped writing my thoughts on a turn-by-turn basis after a while, but you can go ahead and check my earlier turns to see how I approached the problem (and also things I forgot about because of rustiness, haha). It’s definitely an oppressive opening, but I do wonder how things would’ve turned out if I’d remembered to build a Tower sooner or if I’d drawn Origin Story earlier.

@FrozenStorm, any thoughts as an enthusiastic spectator? :wink:

I need to look closer on my laptop to have really good feedback, but something that jumps out at me is @Wizard’s turn 6. He had the option to double fds and take down the tech 2 present, but instead opted to tech up. Now Hobusu had Origin Story and certainly would have played it, but never the less, I think taking the extra board pressure and a better trade for Sets is worth it in that instance. I’ll have to look closer though
