Totally unsure what the synergy in SamRS’s deck is meant to be here, other than Cala being able to fetch Spectral tiger. I won’t want to worker Hook this game, and will consider teching Thunderclap + IPN and building a tower next turn I think (I have to assume he’s going to go for Hounds and use Cala to grant resist?) Yep sticking to the plan, bad trade on his part to StW (1card + 3 gold for 1card + 1gold). I probably would have gone for Imp, Jav or Jandra instead of doing that but maybe it was a whiff on all the above? [/details]

GG WP! Checking your hand I like the Behind the Ferns + Gorgons plan, that’s nasty (though a gutsy call with me having a tower)!
I think things got difficult for you when you cast StW to take out my Savior Monk on turn 2; 3 gold and a card for 1 gold and a card didn’t end up buying you a lot of board position and gave me lots of gold to work with. I like the Cala midband + cheap unit spam though, that’s really efficient defense!
Yeah it wasn’t the best play, it was just the easiest fix for the mess up on summon skeletons, I think my biggest misplay was actually turn 1 not summoning the skeletal jav to keep rook off the board, I lose out on a card but I think it get board control completely. I was keeping the haunt around to eat the tower detection on the gorgon behind the ferns turn, was just a little too slow about it.
