Setting up for an Aven/MTruth combo, SQL armor should protect Inspector from Nullcraft. I’ll need to watch out for Stewardess retaliation, maybe early Flagbearers as a countermeasure. Also need to be sure not to patrol the Aven anywhere but Elite, 'cuz FF. EDIT: No, Flagbearers won’t work against Stewardesses, because they’re not tech 0 units. Maybe I should just patrol it as Lookout when Tech I units are available, or else maybe go with a non-Aven related plan. We’ll see how things progress.

Thoughts
Missed the draw on Aven, not really worth the $1 to dig for it. Don’t think I can keep the Building Inspector alive either, so it’s worth using it to make a trade. Arrest seems more useful than average against units with Fading, so I’ll go for the hero kill. Using Newsman as protection against Battle Suits primarily, but it also blocks several other cards I’d prefer to avoid… and it’s a good option for Aven shifting next turn. Going for tech I units despite not being able to afford a tech building because I can stash one if I draw it early and because Bigby’s spells aren’t gold efficient enough to be viable so early. As for which… Purple has a fair amount of return-to-hand mechanics so either arrives bonuses or extreme gold efficiency is probably best. I think I need gold more than cards ATM, so Cadets it is. Bonus that delaying my Tech I gives the false impression that I’m going for Law spells, particularly Injunction.

Wow! Two garrisons. Thank god I went for the cheeky Assimilate. I admittedly got very lucky here. The only threats to me are Injunction and Judgment Day and hypothetical tech 3 antics. As long as I starve em of cards and keep Bigby off the boards, I should be in the clear. It’d be great to get another threat in play so I could close the game out though.
