so much for aggressive, not gonna panic tower though it doesnt help me much next turn, Vandy has a heal left in her anyway… there r any number of combinations of sac the weak/det/shadow blade which lets them through but it gets fairly expensive and hopefully by blocking dark pact and det i can get away with this… midbanding bigby doesnt feel worth it

well that was a lucky theiving imp, the one thing that stopped a flagstone garrison XD (also carrion curse but i wouldve been surprised)
well i get 1 reshuffle draw, and i think if i get something useless this turn im kinda lost so let’s tech shortsightedly, judgement day and community service (abomination is a sure tech against Peace engine) could both bring this back so they’re going in

GG WP! You gave me a serious fight, but Black is just super efficient and only needs one turn to break away. I think @FrozenStorm said something like: to win as Blue v Black you need to play perfectly efficiently AND surprise your opponent AND still get lucky.

All those things and even then, it’s a tough win. The Vandy kill + Abom steal were brilliant! Awesome timing, great play, and yet Vandy still comes to own the show. Checked all the boxes, efficient + surprise + some luck on the Arrest + MTruth, still no dice. Such a terrible matchup, they never should have shipped together.
