Boo, both Seers stuck in deck. Well, not like rushing the Wisp is a high priority move anyway, though… May as well use this chance to deploy Battle Suits. This time around, I should defintely tech in an Origin Story, maybe even Rewind, but they can wait until next turn. I want to get the Knights counting down for the Seers to manipulate.

Thoughts
I’m expecting Midori to start attacking from the sky, most likely will kill Vir, but maybe Plasmodium. Tech I also possible. Anyway, Origin Story will take care of him soon, but for now, best to put Vir as technician and get some value out of Plasmodium before it goes down. Maybe I should build a Heroes’ Hall to ensure Prynn can be summoned? No, if I really need to, I can probably find a way to suicide Vir, and besides, the Heroes’ Hall itself could just be destroyed by Midori.
I’ll throw in the towel here. I don’t see myself taking down your Tech III before you can play a T-Rex, and I don’t see myself recovering once the T-Rex starts eating my workers. GG WP.
Mm i was still quite worried about next turn - either slow-time or rewind would have been scary - but seeing your next hand, fair enough.
I am enjoying playing this deck but it is not quite as stall-y as I’d hoped, both times it’s won fairly mid-game and the stalling/defensive part has felt kind of forced. I would put Law in but, mmm, Law tech 2…
I was planning to use Rewind, but given the cost of maxbanding Prynn, I didn’t want to rush it too quickly. Slow-time would have been much more tempting if I weren’t worried about Nature Reclaims.
I’d like to quickly try [Balance]/Necro/Law if you are down for more codex?? I enjoyed these games a lot and you reply really quickly! Also I appreciate the Thoughts, they are good for testing
It’s kind of a tempting offer, but I’m not sure which deck I would want to play yet, and thinking about having to navigate balance changes is somewhat discouraging.

no 3 or 1 costs, both spells, I think this is karma for last game’s starting hand… if they start with an aven this could get hard, would probably try and pop it with Spore shambler but if it’s in resist may have to suck it up
My first thoughts on their deck is that there’s no hard hero counter, and the Moment’s peaces may work for like at least 2 turns if i get ahead of Free Speech.
If Rook looks likely to maxband i gotta have nether drain ready

So here’s an interesting idea… Jail + Morningstar Pass. Worth considering, maybe? Anyway, putting 2 damage on the Shambler should make using it to kill the Aven a favorable trade for me, and it won’t give away a patrol bonus, so let’s go for that. Getting the Newsman out will protect against green starter spells and Nature Reclaims, well worth it IMO.
this is fine, got my tech 1s down and will probably draw one of my next techs too, if scribe I’ll play it and tech up, if doomgrasp I’ll use the wisp as the sac and kill something
Nice hand, though I’d be more excited if not for the Basilisk. Taking a Flagbearer to protect the Aven and a Fuzz to allow for more scrappy tag-team behavior. Which is good, because I’m sure bigger Basilisks are waiting in the wings, and it’d be great if I could smash his Tech II building early and often.
