No proper 1-drop in my opening hand, so I’ll play Safe Attacking just to thin my deck, and hope I can get some use out of it since green isn’t especially fast. Next turn will likely be Tech 1 + Flagbearer, to make sure Rook doesn’t die to a Rampant Growth play. Birds and Rambasa are looking good as my first techs.
Proceeding as planned, even though Forest’s Favor would allow Avzin to get a kill on Rook (since it can’t target enemy units). Hmm, maybe I shouldn’t gamble on Birds, then? Nah, I think Avzin probably played Merfolk for the economy advantage, not just to trade it.
Still not sure about my tech 2, but I’m leaning towards Ninjutsu for its aggression. We’ll see though.
No, that’s good. You don’t officially tech until the start of your next turn, they just say to do it at the end of each turn in the rulebook so that in real-life games you’ll figure out what you want during your opponent’s turn to save time.

That’s interesting, looks like Avzin is setting up for a Verdant Tree Tech 2 rush? With that float + Merfolk, I could be staring down anything up to an Oversized Rhino next turn. I could midband Rook to break the Tree, but that would basically be my entire turn.
I hate passing up the birds, but I have no choice. Even if I tech Vines or w/e as a preemptive answer, I can’t guarantee I’ll draw it in time. And I’ll definitely fall behind in the long run. So yeah, the Tree has to go.
I’m kind of expecting maxband Arg to come in as a card efficient response, so I’ll grab a Thunderclap. I’m hoping a Spartner would help me keep up on gold.
Flagbearer goes in scav, so that if he dies, I’ll be able to tech up + play Rambasa next turn. Otherwise I’ll probably go for HH, to try and keep my card advantage.
Do you mean the tracking sheet, or the game? All you need to do with the tracking sheet is move Verdant Tree over to the discard column, and keep going.
For the game, well, you’re down on cards but up on gold, so it might make sense to invest in a hero and/or buildings. I understand if you don’t want to take advice from your opponent though
You could probably recreate the sheet using the hidden details in your post - the only thing missing are the 3 cards in your deck. Or we could start a new game.
