Thoughts
OK, next turn I can drop Jade Fox and Mythmaking to completely shut down any flying units he has, or I can just have Grave strike down the Nebula with his sword. As long as Setsuki stays alive to keep my cycling at insane levels, odds are good that I can get the advantage.

Sorry about that bouncing-Rook nonsense. I did that before I realized I had an instant win!
Wow. I think that was the longest game I’ve played on these forums, and I’m honestly relieved that it’s over. Well played!
Clearly I need to play this matchup more. I felt like you had the advantage the whole game, and I’m not sure what kind of plan I should have used… It doesn’t help that I assumed you’d go for Present (I chose Ninjutsu for the Porcupines). I also got some bad luck with Jade Fox not wanting to be in hand at the right time, so that didn’t help any.
Hmmmmm. Porcupines definitely gave me a HUGE amount of pain, since I lacked good hard removal. (Purple can stall, but not remove, with cards.) I feel like Purple, at least in one playstyle, hovers around walking the knife’s edge, just keeping things going with bounces until their game plan swings together all in one turn.
You did a really good job with keeping heroes on the board, and Origin Story never ever seemed to be in hand at the right time. You’d either used Snapback or just plain killed Prynn. I kept feeling really worried, honestly–I’ll try and pinpoint some turns where I felt like you had a strong advantage.
Your Turn 9 (especially with keeping all three of my heroes out of play next turn!) felt like a really strong securing of the board. I guess I underestimated Nebula’s potential, but at that point I figured you’d be able to quickly rush me down, albeit not factoring in Omegacrons. I felt incredibly vulnerable, even after deploying Nebula, because you just had free shots on my base all day. Starting with Turn 5 and the arrival of the Glorious Ninja, I felt my board position slowly slipping, and I think had you managed to hang on a bit longer, you would’ve just outright overwhelmed me.
Given my Omegacrons, I personally would’ve parked Grave in a patrol zone slot over one of your birds, because keeping out of lethal range was key. Having something that couldn’t be bounced by Stewardess of the Undone was really important IMO, and that’s what let me win. I would’ve had to sacrifice workers for Omegacron, and that would’ve set me back intensely, while you would maintain a full board of units and heroes. At that point, you’d be able to repeatedly down my tech buildings.
