Yikes. Looks like that Tech III is sticking this turn, because Rewind + max Prynn leaves me with nothing else. I feel like it’s time for a fancy play here involving Max Geiger. 2 gold for Max, 2 for TD, 4 gold to max Max. Hyperion dies to the 3/3 though. If I maxband Prynn and attack with her, I can trash the Elemental permanently (3). Then I can play Geiger (5), Hyperion kills Arg, Geiger to 3. Max Geiger (7), flicker Hyperion, hmm. That’s no good because most of Hyperion’s attack is wasted and TD is mostly redundant. If I wait to max Geiger, I can TD the Hyperion into a Tricycloid after attacking, and then I can flicker the Tricycloid, which gives me a total of 6 pings wherever I want. That kills Verdant Tree and patrol. I can play Hyperion to kill the Elemental (5), kill Arg with the other Hyperion and then TD it (9) into Tricycloid to destroy the patrol zone, attack Tech III with Prynn. Patrol Tricycloid I guess. I like that last one because it leaves a Hyperion on the board and leaves Prynn alive. …and drawing Unphase off of Hyperion changes everything. Except it doesn’t because tower.

Once more into the breach…I’m internalizing some Purple tricks, but I really need to learn how to be aggressive and assertive. I kinda want to open Fargo + Suits here, just to make Neo Plexus and Hardened Mox strong plays next turn. Forgotten Fighter is a pretty gross loss of 2 gold, so I’m thinking not there, plus I can’t worker if I do that. Now! is a decent way to pop Aven, though. Stewardess is better, though. I hate giving up Argo to a Manufactured Truth, but I might have to, in order to stop Arrest from destroying my patrol.

So that’s pretty harsh. I keep wondering if it would’ve been better to risk Arrest…but I guess I can’t play around both. Dare I put up a Tech 1? I think it’s doable if I Nullcraft the Building Inspector, because that removes the possibility of double Aven next turn. I could keep going down on cards here, but that risks me not being able to pull Stewardess. I think I have to sacrifice a hero, unfortunately. Or…no. My odds of drawing a Stewardess even without Technician are pretty fine. (I did the math, it’s 60%.)

Hmm. Tricycloid will kill Oni and max Geiger, which lets me flicker TC and get 3 more pings. So I have 6 pings, one of which needs to hit Oni. If I hit the Cadet with Geiger, I can ping the squad lead to kill it (and heal up Geiger), that leaves 4 pings. Two to kill an Air Hammer, leaving two pings. One kills the Aven. So, gold-wise, 5 for the Tricycloid. Leaving 5 gold left. If I leave the second Air Hammer alive, I can actually dig with Vir for either Now! (Tricycloid breaks Tech II) or TD into Hyperion.
