My Thoughts

Minimal defensive options next turn, don’t love it… Still, I think I gotta fight fire with fire. Mad Man is the hasty cheap thing to worry about really, if I lose to Rambaster or midband Vandy goes to maxband off the kill, that isn’t so bad. Next turn midband and fight best I can, maybe lay rogue or summon skele to stay safe.

killing Vandy here is too expensive, so let’s hope for a good explosive t3 and that he doesn’t have Det. with det & StW it is even possible here to loose my Vandy, but I think that would be an okayish scenario with him investing 5 gold and going down on cards while I go to six cards and even have a goodish probability to get the revenge kill…
Way more likely is the typical early Imp, so let’s hope he doesn’t get one of my beloved lobbers!

I’m going out on something different, regular game plan has not been serving me well. Maybe I get aced by Lobber(s/+Rambaster) here, but let’s try a Baron Battering Ram. Two Step could make that awesome right?


Given my tendency to tech lobbers first as P1 that was quite a ballsy move of yours, against the likelihood of me having at least 2 of the 3 hasters in my draw 6 out of 8… that’s probably going to be an uphill battle for you now
(PS: I already had the two hasters prior to the technician draw)

VERY interesting Tech choice. don’t think it will be accompanied by a hasty unit, but can you tell? I definitely have to assume that his plan is a big attack with fancy spells to increase the value obtained by baron… Can’t let that happen! Also can’t let Garth fetch a second Baron, so I will stick to the nature of my deck as I play it: all out agression!
Vandy might very well die to that, but she has already provided more than her share of value.
Damn me for sacrificing lobber instead of MSR last turn, the other way around would have made the mm unnecessary

I’m just gonna fold, Works’ been bananas and I have nothing useful to do / no real game plan beyond the baron you just aced. Was hoping to set it up w/ Soul Stone but that was also a bust plan. Wanted to try something different / unexpected but Red has the immediate and cheap answers. GG WP!

Okay, that’s a big surprise!
GG, very interesting idea to create counterplay and looks like a good one, in both of the last turns I had just the right cards. And you seem to have misplaced det the whole game, it was on the wrong side of your splits both times, that probably would have made a big difference.

I’m a bit overwhelmed from this tournament victory without a single loss. A big thanks goes out to @Moby_Dick
