Thoughts
Gotta set up to put the pressure on. biggest potential issue is 4 health in SQL, I can try to set up Drakk and BRO for next turn, but that leaves me limited follow-up. Bombaster BRO lets me trade Zane and Bomb for sql, Mad Man bumps Mox, Rambaster and BRO break Tech 1. that’s 3 gold, Worker plus Tech 1 leaves me at 5/6 gold. That sets me up to float a gold with 7 workers but my burst options without Zane are limited T3. Could skip t1 for a turn and summon Jaina instead… but we’ll get to that turn when we get to it. we need ways to clear out Tech 1 and prevent Tech 2, that’s going to be GPT to value trade Cadets and Ember Sparks to clear skeletons.

Oof. Not only did I fail to see Juggermox incoming, I also whiffed on my redraw. My best play here is to hunker down. I could Tech 2 and hero up, this is worth it if I value being able to speed tech up. Maybe threaten Gunships or Blood. Interestingly, Kidnapping is a possible way to deal with Mox forever. As is Recruiter. Let’s do that then.

Thoughts
So this isn’t unexpected, Art of War pretty spooky here, but what can I do. Time to build back up now. I’d love to drop a Recruiter buuuuut that leaves me with very little on the defense. Could Lobber with midband Drakk for 6 gold, take out the cadet, stuff a Nautical Dog in there, I think that gets my Tech 2 busted up. I think GPT and Recruiter is my best shot here? Nah that still leaves 7 damage free. Ugh. And in exchange for some tokens and a Cadet. Yeah, wow I wish I’d teched a Crashbarrow here. I thought too much about how clever it would be to throw an Ogre Recruiter in there. Gosh, Barrow plus Lobber would’ve been so clutch here. I think no matter what I do, I’m losing Tech 2 even if I don’t get Art of War’d…hm…GPT and Lobber and a hero are 4 + 2 + 3 health to chew through. That leaves 6 damage free to hit Tech 2. So my gameplan here is to not die, because I can’t save Tech 2. Save Zane for a tempo swing, tech in Kidnapping for a swing. Sigh, I really dropped the ball here.
Do I get anything from putting Ogre Recruiter in SQL? Nah, that’s worse, yeah. 8 health to chew through and more than enough attack on the board. Spreading the health out…yeah. I tried to find a clever solution to Juggermox when the better solution was to just tech board-swing options.
