Thoughts
A lucky draw here puts me in the driver’s seat. I’m pretty sure that next turn I’m going to build my Tech 2 and play Taxman. I don’t know what spec I want though, so I’ll tech some spells.
I wanted to go for Law Tech 2 for Insurance Agents, but Discipline Tech 2 probably means Mind-Parry Monk, especially since he’s already seen Shadow Blade. I’ll try and set up for either Tech 3 or Metamorphosis. I’m scared of dragons though.
Thoughts: Alright, I need to brace myself for Zane+Metamorphosis. At least he cannot Zane + fetch + meta unless Taxman kills something for free. Still building a tower in case he drew it or draws it with Dark Pact.

Thoughts: Need more hasty damage. It’s frustrating that I can’t kill either of those two in this situation. Just LOOK at it! 2 and 1 hp; no patrollers. Ugh!

Thoughts
Teched another Taxman to help fight dragons, and Surprise Attack to keep applying some pressure. I played Skeletons over Shadow Blade this turn so that I can keep my heroes alive even if he swords Voidblocker.
I’m not sure how I’m going to win this game. I think I have to either build a Heroes’ Hall and Metamorphosis with 3 heroes or wait until next cycle to win at Tech 3. Next cycle is a long way away though…
Thoughts: I’ve been thinking about this turn for literal hours and it goes to show that your first idea is usually the best. It’s painfull that I was missing a single gold to kill both heroes and play myown hero to benefit from the XP but it can’t be helped. I always ended up either 1 gold or 1 attacker short. Summoning a hero would have meant leaving Zane alive. That would have been okay if Surprise Attack wasn’t such a big swing.
Considering that, it’s probably ironic that I’m not workering even though I have the option to. But I really need to draw some cards. I must play some bodies!
I hope I’m not missing some haste options at his disposal.
