Thoughts

hmm, can’t finish it this turn. 'ets take out the tower and steal that training grounds. should be good next turn.

You overpaid for Vir maxband; he midbanded at 4 and was at level 6 after killing Troq
However, I lose this turn anyway so it hardly matters

Think

Looking forward to dying to omegacrons

sorry about that.

quick question, if i have a mirror down, then summon a forecast unit, how does it work for quince’s maxband (or mid) to copy it?

@FrozenStorm for a ruling since this will affect my turn, etc…

Quince’s maxband triggers when a unit arrives, not when it’s played. Forecast units arrive when they lose their last time rune.

ahh, so once the forecast unit arrives (aka, loses final forecast time rune) then it would trigger?

That is correct, yes

If it’s on your turn, yes.

Fun bit is copying previously fprecasted units using Quince’s midband instead; they never arrive so they never go into the future

Quince Midband or maxband work just fine on forecasted units… once they arrive. The delay between “play” and “arrive” doesnt really hamper quince’s maxband. Also, with the removal of time rune interactions in the mirror match, forecasted units can NEVER arrive on your opponents turn. So you can always use quince’s maxband, assuming the mirror is alive and well when upkeep triggers the unit’s arrival.
