Double KO is a win for both players, unless it would cause one player to win the match. In that case, it counts as a win for the player not on match-point. If both players are on match-point, then replay the game.

Match Pick Rules
At the start of the tournament, each player picks 5 characters. This is their stable.
This may be announced publicly, or sent privately to the TO. Any public announcement overrides any private message. Final choices are required by the start of the tournament, or your stable will be randomly assigned by the TO.
Each match, the stables will be shuffled, and matchups will be selected.
There is no player-choice of characters within a match. All matchups are pre-randomized by the TO
