Thanks I was just now reading through your thoughts. You’re right about not having haste. I was constantly trying to figure out how I could deploy things so that I could have a unit survive until the next turn.

It’s tricky, and part of the reason why I have trouble with the red vs green matchup on both sides. As green, you’re constantly working to keep things alive at all, but as red there’s a very real pressure to keep green from getting to keep their stuff – give them an inch, and they might just take the game! Again, I don’t know what white does in this matchup since I haven’t spent much time with it, but I’d think that once it gets to Tech II in either Discipline or Ninjutsu it has strong options for shutting down a careless red player, with Young Lightning Dragon and Glorious Ninja respectively.
I hope we can play again soon! I’m sure we’ll both improve a lot over the course of the tournament, and I can’t wait to see how good you can become!
