I’m going to see if I can make Fox Viper work in this opening. I’m patrolling him, leaving him vulnerable to arrest, but worse would be backlining him and having Casta man truth an aven to kill him. I can deal with him being disabled for a turn, but not outright killed at a discount.

I’m not sure what my tech plan will be this turn, I’m kind of wondering about doing a full-on Ninjas build. Something perhaps involving Fox’s Den School, or Hidden Ninja early on. We’ll see where this goes

I’m really in bad shape here. Grabbing Hidden Ninja for some hope of striking back, and Boulder to try and shell up (even though it gets negated by Arrest). Hoping he didn’t tech and draw Art of War!

Yea I just totally did the math wrong on Manufactured Truth, brain fart move and Rook should have patrolled Elite.

I figured you’d respect Snapback and not go Art of War and like you said, a lot of gold to spend just to get Quince or Bigby a likely hero kill in return, so I refrained and found the opening via Hidden Ninja. But all of that gave way too much space for you to get the Peace Machine online. Really silly on my part.
