Do I enter Your turn then mine or do we use a common spreadsheet?
you just have your own spreadsheet where you see the state of your board. you basically write down the actions that you want to perform in column I and move the cards from your hand to your board or patrol zone. you don’t need to tech at the moment, but start with it first thing next turn.
when you performed the desired actions you hit the draw/discard button. then you switch to the post template tab and copy/paste your turn to the forum.
that’s basically it. you’ll get into the details 
dont’t be afraid to make mistakes - it will happen!
Do I list your stuff under “player 2”?
it doesn’t really make a difference, i think. don’t forget to put your player number to 2 in cell N2, though - this will make sure that you start with 5 workers
