Thoughts
I had a more elaborate plan in mind when I put together this build, but right now I think my best option is to bet everything on Liberty Gryphons. I’ll tech the Gryphons next turn when I build my Tech III, so for now I should either tech Scribes to facilitie reliable Gryphon draws on turn 4, or some tech I Illusions so I can have one patrol to protect my Tech III. However, any patroller I can afford to field next turn would probably die to either Black spell, meaning I should just go for broke and rebuild the Tech III if it gets destroyed.
We shall crush this tech rushed uprising immediately! Our miners have discovered highly aerodynamic metals and crystallic fusion powered weapons that will defend what is rightfully ours!

Thieving Imp

Sacrifice the Weak
Jandra, the Negator
End of Turn Discard
My Thoughts
Well I didn’t really consider that on exactly this much gold, I can’t make a chump to absorb StW, so we’ll just have to pray he doesn’t have it and I get to continue breaking stuff

Casting Sacrifice here is a no-brainer, as is not playing Scribe (so Gryphons draw next turn). What’s less obvious is whether or not I should play the Imp to cause a discard, but I think I’m better off floating the gold.
True, that would have been the stronger play, as I’d have been forced to burn a card to Deteriorate the Mirror before casting Sacrifice. Without a follow-up Imp, however, it probably wouldn’t have saved you, as both Gryphons were luckily still in my deck waiting to be drawn. GG

If i’d gone for Skeleton + Garth + Void Star on turn 3, I would have even been safe to Deteriorate + StW, that would have been the smart play. Oh well GG WP, guess I’ll have to challenge you back with Truth T3 rush For P1 it is pretty damn tough not to get it pulled off!
I racked my brain for a way to defend, and it’s pretty tough, but I’m as ready as I’m going to be. Don’t wait too long, though, or someone else might take me out first!
